Monthly SEO reporting for contractors

You shouldn't have to wonder what you're paying for. Every month we show you, in plain English, what ranked, what called, and what it's worth. No jargon, no 40-page PDF nobody reads.

If you can't tell it's working, it isn't reporting.

Most agencies bury you in a 40-page report full of metrics that don't mean anything, traffic graphs and bounce rates that don't tell you whether the phone rang. We do the opposite. Once a month, on a call, we show you where you rank, how many calls and form fills came in, and what that's worth in jobs. Clear enough that you actually know it's working.

What's in your monthly report

Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur adipiscing elit. Suspendisse varius enim in eros elementum tristique. Duis cursus, mi quis viverra ornare, eros dolor interdum nulla, ut commodo diam libero vitae erat. Aenean faucibus nibh et justo cursus id rutrum lorem imperdiet. Nunc ut sem vitae risus tristique posuere.

Rankings and visibility

Where you rank across your service area against your baseline, on a real map, so you can see the visibility that drives your calls improving over time.

Leads, counted

Calls and form submissions tracked and attributed to source, so you see actual leads coming in, not just traffic numbers that don't tell you if the phone rang.

What it's worth

An estimated lead value using your real numbers, so you can see the return in the language that matters, jobs and dollars, with the math shown, never invented.

Clarity is accountability.

Reporting that ties the work to leads and rankings is how you know your investment is producing, and where it's headed next.

Questions

What will I actually see each month?

Where you rank across your area versus your baseline, how many calls and form fills came in and from where, and an estimated value of those leads using your own numbers. On a call, in plain English. Enough to know clearly whether it's working.

Why don't you send a big detailed report?

Because nobody reads them, and they're often built to look impressive rather than to inform. We'd rather show you the few things that matter, rankings, leads, and value, clearly, than bury the truth in 40 pages of metrics that don't move your business.

Do you track actual leads or just traffic?

Actual leads. We install call tracking and form-source tracking so we can show you real calls and form fills attributed to source, not just visitor counts. Traffic that doesn't turn into calls isn't what you're paying for, so it's not what we lead with.

How is the lead value calculated?

We use your own reported numbers, your average job value and close rate, applied to the leads we tracked, and we show the math. It's an honest estimate of pipeline, labeled as an estimate. We never invent a revenue figure or inflate the math.
